Adobe Fonts

Caller cannot edit a document in Acrobat.

Seeing this

Font used in document needs to be downloaded.

go to fonts.adobe.com

Have caller sign in

Top right

Search for the desired font

Activate fonts > toggle

A confirmation page will appear.

Close & re-open Acrobat,

document can now be edited.
