There are things to try.

It could be as easy as deleting unused groups.

Like on a shared computer.

You can do that in SCCM

Navigate to devices, search the computer name.

Then use right-click tools > console tools > manage computers.

You can also check if a machine is live using NSlookup.exe

You could also look into a computer name in Active Directory

and manually remove accounts from there.
