Create DUO account

Check the user in Active Directory

Look for MFA_DUO_OIM_GOV

Look for MFA_DUO_OIM_SFTY

If you can't find it,

escalate to TS Integrations & IDM Development.

Before You Escalate

If you can find it,

Navigate to Directory Sync

Select GOV or SFTY

Add user like this
