DUO QR Code

Start by navigating to duo.denvergov.org

Have user log in at prompts.

From here you will be asked for a passcode.

Ignore that, click "Other Options".

Log in with a bypass code.

You will need to generate this in DUO Admin Center

From here go to "Manage Devices"

In the top right.

Then select "Add a Device"

Select "get QR code"

Have caller scan that QR code using DUO app.
