When the new employee calls in, use the template to create an incident.
Access by toggle-ing the Template Bar.
Do this in the upper right.
Template bar will appear on the bottom of the window.
Change Password
Use the User Status script in CIT Tool
Have them reset etc...
Complexity
Remote in!
Log in to OneDrive (let them set up duo before text)
Open browser
Sharepoint (denverhub.org)
Workday
Office.com
Inform them of the CCD folder on their browser.
Ask them if they need anything else, then show it too them.
Use submit and resolve incident!
