LEWAN is a company contracted to service hardware issues with our printers.

Ask customer to contact Lewan using the label that is on every network printer in the City.

Explain that we have a contract with Lewan and they will service the printer.

Add a printer

Open start menu and start typing "printers & scanners".

Press enter and you will be greeted by this page:

That "Add a printer or Scanner" button is what we want.

From here follow the prompts for credentials and select the printer contact is looking to add.

Run a test print with contact. (Ctrl + p | file > Print... )

A print wizard will pop up, ensure that the desired printer is selected in the top menu.

Now watch the magic happen :)

Computer needs printer for all log ins?

Run CMD as admin
