At least 8 characters in length

Contains characters from at least 3 of these 4 categories:

Uppercase letters (A-Z)

Lowercase letters (a-z)

Numbers (0-9)

Special characters (such as ! @ # $ % & )

Cannot contain any part of your own name (first or last) OR your Employee ID Number

Is not the same as any of your previous 24 passwords.

Password cannot be self-reset more than once every 24 hours.
