RMS stands for Records Management System

To change RMS account, search for the desired user in SFTY domain

Account name will be badge number or include 'RMS'.

Ask the caller for their new password, then change it manually.

Do your best to match complexity requirements.

If account unlock is needed.

Don't forget to uncheck change password.

RMS accounts are used for SAFETY applications.
