Or the application you have a license for is stuck in Try or Buy


You might be looking at this

Try or Buy

But you know they have a license!

What is going on?


Using a personal account, not Company or School account

Log out in the upper right and you will be greeted by this screen

Choose Company or School this time and log back in.

Now it should up top where it belongs

Service Desk now manages Acrobat License.


Make sure user is Member Of

APP_ADB_LICENSE

in DENVERCO

Will take 30 min. + restart to recognize.
